5. Event Tree Workshop#
This workshop builds on the System Reliability concepts from MUDE by introducing Event Trees: a graphical method for conceptualizing and evaluating system reliability. After a brief introduction to event trees, a case study (a safety assessment of pipeline failure in dikes) will be introduced, after which you will work in groups to evaluate system reliability.
